Open access policy
The Journal of Political Communication provides immediate open access to its content, based on the principle that research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
The journal is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, which allows third parties to download and share the works, provided that the original author is acknowledged, but the works may not be altered in any way or used commercially.
Authors are not responsible for any costs associated with the editorial process or publication of their articles. All editorial costs are covered by the Autonomous University of Nuevo León, the publishing institution.
The journal does not have an exemption policy (for developing countries, authors, etc.). Authors from around the world are welcome.
Anti-Plagiarism Policy
The Journal of Political Communication adheres to the regulations of the World Intellectual Property Organization, which are governed in Mexico by the Federal Copyright Law. For this reason, all articles submitted to the journal will be checked with iThenticate anti-plagiarism software.
